ENDOMETRIUM REGENERATION WITH PRPP
Endometrial regenerative therapy involves regenerating endometrial tissue for pregnancy or embryo transfer.
This can be useful if the endometrium is dysfunctional or damaged.
What is the PRP?
PRP, is a Platelet Rich Plasma. Its therapeutic use helps repair and rejuvenate tissues. During an ART course, PRP offers proven benefits and no side effects.
How do you get a PRP?
To obtain a PRP, it is necessary to take a blood sample.
Once the sample is obtained, it is centrifuged. After several specific steps, Platelet Rich Plasma and other agents rich in Growth Factors (GF) are separated from the blood. When these Growth Factors are released and activated, they are transferred to the patient’s uterus. Thus, effective tissue regeneration and repair is achieved non-invasively and without side effects. Therefore, the endometrium is healthy and restored for several months.
In which case should you resort to endometrial regeneration therapy?
Recurrent miscarriages . Obstetric risks due to placental dysfunction . Implantation failure . . embryonic . Internal endometriosis and adenomyosis . Chronic endometritis . Pathological microbiome .
Hypotrophic or refractory endometrium. Asherman syndrome. Alteration of subendometrial vascularization (VSE). KIR-HLAC incompatibility .
